Lumpfish or Salmon Roe Sauce - serves 4

Simply combine the following ingredients:

100ml mayonnaise
200ml crème fraiche
1 jar red salmon or lumpfish roe
1tbsp finely chopped dill
juice of ½ lemon
1 red onion finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Serve chilled
